1. Website operator
This website is operated under the trading name Semvairo Creator Management by its individual co-owners, Lucas and Stefan. Semvairo is not a registered company. Contact contact@semvairo.com, or write to the mailing address in our Legal Notice.
2. Inquiries are not service agreements
The website explains our service options and fee models. Preparing or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, authorize account access or require payment. Work begins only after a separate written service agreement identifies the parties and confirms the scope, fees, dates, approvals and cancellation terms.
The inquiry builder prepares an email on your device. It does not automatically send a message. You are responsible for reviewing the recipient and contents and sending it through your email service.
3. Eligibility and permitted use
The services are intended for adults aged 18 and older who have authority over the creator business and materials they discuss. Do not use the website to impersonate another person, send unlawful or non-consensual material, infringe rights, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, identity documents, intimate material or subscriber information through an initial inquiry.
4. Content and intellectual property
You may browse the website and keep a copy of information for your own evaluation of our services. Do not present our brand or website as your own, imply an endorsement or use materials in a way that infringes applicable rights. Third-party names and marks remain associated with their respective owners.
Browsing or contacting us does not transfer ownership of your accounts, identity or content. Any limited permission to work with your material must be agreed separately.
5. Results and calculations
We do not guarantee income, reach, subscriber growth, virality, platform approval or advertising approval. The calculators illustrate arithmetic on the amounts you enter. They are not forecasts, audited results, tax advice or a binding quote. Growth above a baseline does not, by itself, prove that our work caused the increase.
6. Platforms and service limits
Semvairo is independent and is not an official partner of, endorsed by or affiliated with OnlyFans or other platforms mentioned on the website. Platform rules, permitted access, your content rights and agreed approvals apply to all work.
Full Management is a defined service, not unlimited work or 24/7 coverage. Advertising budgets, approved outside specialists and other extra costs are separate unless the agreement expressly includes them.
7. Availability and your rights
We may update the website or correct information. Website access can be interrupted by maintenance or third-party services. Confirm the scope and commercial terms in writing before relying on them for a purchase.
Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability provisions for paid work are addressed in the signed service agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
8. Questions, complaints and changes
Send questions or complaints to contact@semvairo.com. Explain the issue without including passwords or sensitive material. Changes to these website terms will be shown with a revised version date. A website update does not, by itself, change a signed client agreement.
