14-day pilot

Use adjusted earnings, not gross fan spending. These sample amounts are illustrations.

Divided by two to illustrate the agreed 14-day baseline.

14-day baseline$4,000.00
Positive growth$1,000.00
20% growth component$200.00
Total pilot fee, including $600$800.00
Remaining before other costs$4,200.00

If growth is zero or negative, the $600 base fee still applies. A negative remainder is possible when earnings are below the fee. A new or unusual account needs an agreed baseline before signing.

Ongoing management

The commission applies to total adjusted earnings in the service period, not only growth.

Management fee$2,000.00
You retain before other costs$8,000.00

No fixed monthly fee in either ongoing plan. Advertising, approved outside costs and any applicable service taxes are not included in these examples. The 40% rate replaces 20%.

The definitions matter

No ambiguous
percentage.

Adjusted earnings means earnings after the platform fee, refunds and chargebacks, excluding fan-paid sales taxes, but before our fee, your income taxes and ordinary business expenses.

  1. Approve the baseline. The default pilot illustration uses the preceding 28 days' adjusted earnings divided by two. Unusual periods and accounts without history need a written agreement before starting.
  2. Keep periods separate. The 14-day pilot and ongoing service cover different earnings periods. Ongoing 20% or 40% commission does not also apply to the pilot's earnings.
  3. Agree to continue. The pilot does not automatically become ongoing management. A new scope, rate and start date require your explicit agreement.
  4. Approve extra costs.Media spend, outside specialists and any applicable service taxes are explained before commitment. No unapproved third-party spending.
What happens if the pilot does not produce growth?

The $600 base fee remains payable for the agreed work. The growth component is zero when adjusted earnings do not exceed the agreed baseline. Earnings and growth are not guaranteed.

Does Full Management cost 60% in total?

No. Full Management is 40% of total adjusted earnings for its service period. It replaces the 20% Core rate; it is not added to it.

How are refunds or later chargebacks handled?

The agreement defines reconciliation against the platform statement. Later refunds or chargebacks relating to a charged period must be reflected in a credit or a corrected invoice. Any base-fee cancellation rights are addressed separately.

Can I cancel or choose not to renew?

You do not have to continue after the pilot. Ongoing notice, cancellation, payment and refund provisions are confirmed in the service agreement before you sign. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.
