1. Who we are and how to contact us
Semvairo Creator Management is a trading name used by its individual co-owners, Lucas and Stefan. It is not a registered company. The co-owners are responsible for the business inquiries described in this notice.
Business and privacy email: contact@semvairo.com.
Mailing address: 500 Westover Drive, Sanford, NC 27330, United States. This is a correspondence address, not a stated office location.
2. Website visits and local tools
Our website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and delivery. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the website. Details are available in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The website's own code does not include advertising pixels, visitor-analytics scripts, session recording or newsletter tracking. Our calculators and inquiry builder run in your browser. They do not send your entries to a website server or save them in browser storage. Your browser or email application may retain information under its own settings.
3. Email inquiries
The inquiry builder asks for your preferred name, reply email address, operating country, preferred language, requested service and a brief description of your needs. A broad business stage is optional. It also asks you to confirm that you are at least 18, authorized to discuss the business and have read this notice.
Preparing a message does not submit it. When you choose to open your email app, the prepared text is passed to that application. If you send the email, we receive the information you include, your sender details and normal email metadata through Google Workspace. You can write directly to us instead of using the builder. Providing information is voluntary, although we need enough relevant detail to respond or assess a service request.
Do not send identity documents, payment details, passwords, private account links, intimate media, fan conversations or information about anyone's sex life or sexual orientation. This is a business inquiry, not an upload or verification channel.
4. Why we use information
We use inquiry details to respond, assess fit and capacity, discuss the work you request and take steps toward an engagement at your request. Where GDPR or similar rules apply, requested pre-contractual steps are the basis when you are the prospective contracting individual. For inquiries made on behalf of another business, and for routine correspondence, our interest is responding to relevant business requests and operating the service.
Technical security information supports our legitimate interest in protecting the website and preventing abuse. Where applicable, we also keep records needed to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use an inquiry as permission for unrelated marketing. We do not make acceptance decisions solely through automated processing.
5. Recipients and service providers
The co-owners review inquiries. Cloudflare provides website hosting and security, and Google Workspace provides the business mailbox. Relevant information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities when needed for advice, legal obligations or a legal claim. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not route raw inquiry emails, identity records, intimate material or fan messages into general-purpose AI tools as part of this inquiry process. Any later service involving other providers, account access or client data is addressed separately before that work begins.
Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so information may be handled outside your country, including in the United States. Their processing terms and safeguards depend on the service and applicable law. See Cloudflare's data-processing terms and Google Workspace's data-processing terms. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your inquiry.
6. How long information is kept
We keep inquiry correspondence while assessing and responding to the request and for any necessary follow-up. The retention period depends on whether discussions are active, whether an engagement results, whether a complaint or dispute remains open and whether a legal record-keeping obligation applies. Once those purposes end, correspondence is deleted unless there is a specific legal reason to retain it.
Client contracts, invoices and related records are retained as required for the engagement, accounting obligations and legal claims. Provider-managed technical logs and backups follow the relevant provider's retention arrangements; deleting a message from the active mailbox does not necessarily remove every provider backup immediately.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal information, and may have rights to restrict processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Write to contact@semvairo.com with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify it; please do not attach identification documents unless an appropriate method has been agreed. You may complain to the relevant privacy authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office or an EEA supervisory authority, where applicable.
8. Adults, security and updates
Our services and inquiries are intended for people aged 18 and older. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us so we can address it. Do not send sensitive material over ordinary email. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
This notice covers website visits and initial email inquiries, not every later client workflow. Additional processing is addressed before the relevant service begins. Updates will appear on this page with a revised version date.
